Username format:
(all lowercase) legal first name & first letter of last name + last two digits of birth year Example: denisev80
If it states that the username is already taken, if you have a middle name, use the first letter of the middle name and insert that letter between your first legal name and the first letter of your last name.
Example: Middle name is Sarah denisesv80
Password: Something only you will remember and know!
